A Jamestown man was sentenced on Monday in Chautauqua County Court after pleading guilty back in April to two counts of criminal contempt in the first degree for an incident that occurred in Jamestown in January. Chautauqua County District Attorney Jason Schmidt says 31-year-old Shane Eshbach was sentenced by Judge David Foley to indeterminate 2 to 4 years in state prison on each plea, and the sentences will run consecutively to each other. Eshbach received the maximum sentenced under the law, according to Schmidt. The Jamestown Police Department assisted the DA's Office with the investigation.
