Jamestown Police say they have now arrested the same man an even dozen times since the beginning of 2021. Police say 42-year-old Patrick Blakemore was charged with third-degree criminal tampering after officers observed him painting on the sidewalk in front of of Forte restaurant on East Third Street earlier this week. He was issued an appearance ticket for Jamestown City Court and released. Police arrested Blakemore twice last weekend.
