A Catholic school in the North County is reporting a COVID-19 case. In a story in Friday's Observer, Northern Chautauqua Catholic School notified parents of the case in an email sent out on Thursday. In the email, School Principal Andrew Ludwig indicated that the student had not been in the school building since October 16 and was exposed to COVID outside of the school.
