Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer says that President Donald Trump's executive orders on coronavirus relief are "unworkable, weak, and far too narrow." Schumer appeared on ABC's "This Week" on Sunday, one day after the President announced his executive orders in response to failed talks between the White House and Republican and Democrat lawmakers over a new stimulus bill.
