An Ohio man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice was arrested Wednesday in Stow. State Police in Jamestown pulled over 22-year-old Carlos DeJesus-Godineaux of Akron, Ohio for using his cell phone while driving on I-86. A license check revealed that DeJesus-Godineaux was wanted by the Medina County Sheriff's Office in Ohio for burglary. Troopers took him into custody and transported him to the Chautauqua County Jail.
