Chautauqua County officials say they are ready to deal with the latest winter storm. A Blizzard Warning remains in effect until 4 pm Friday, according to the National Weather Service, with 1 to 2 feet of snow expected over the next couple of days, along with wind gusts of up to 55 mph.
