State Police in Jamestown say that troopers located a Pennsylvania man who was wanted for being a fugitive from justice after they pulled over a vehicle on I-86 in Bemus Point Sunday due to the occupants not wearing their seatbelts. A license check revealed that there was an active violation of parole warrant issued for 47-year-old Joseph Zimmerman of Adamsville, PA. The warrant was issued by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole for sale of cocaine. Zimmerman was placed under arrest and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, pending arraignment.
