A Pennsylvania man was found guilty this week of 1st-degree murder in the death of his wife, whose body was found in Lake Erie near Dunkirk in the summer of 2017. A jury in Erie County, Pennsylvania found 49-year-old Christopher Leclair guilty on the murder charge on Friday, and he now faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole. He was also found guilty of abuse of a corpse, evidence tampering, and false reports. Christopher's wife, 51-year-old Karen Leclair, was found in Lake Erie on July 4th, 2017 with a gunshot wound to the head and an anchor around her chest. Christopher is scheduled to be sentenced on December 11th.
