A Jamestown resident who appeared on the Chautauqua County Wanted Person Program has been located. County Sheriff's Deputies say 20-year-old Noely Martinez was arrested by Jamestown Police. They received tips on the whereabouts of Martinez. He tried to flee, but was caught by police. Martinez was wanted for violation of probation.
