A Jamestown man was arrested early Wednesday morning after he allegedly shot out three windows of a business in the south county city. An investigation by Jamestown Police revealed that 22-year-old Jacob Smith used a BB gun to shoot out the windows of the business I've Been Framed at 211 North Main Street at about midnight. Officers add that Smith gave them a false name because he had an active warrant issued out of Troy. He was charged with 2nd-degree criminal mischief and false personation, then taken to the Jamestown City Jail to await arraignment.
