Drug raid in Jamestown on Tuesday leads to three arrests

Three Jamestown residents are behind bars after a drug raid on East 2nd Street in Jamestown. Jamestown Police Captain Bob Samuelson says members of the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and State Police CNET executed a search warrant for a basement apartment at 840 East Second Street on Tuesday. 29 year-old Richard Philbrick, 28 year-old Amanda Penhollow and 36 year-old Donald King were taken into custody. Investigators also located materials used to manufacture meth, along with a quantity of methamphetamine and heroin. All three have been jailed pending arraignment.
