State Police say a 40-year-old Jamestown woman pulled over by troopers for a traffic stop on Friday had a blood alcohol content of three times the legal limit. Troopers say they stopped Melissa Taylor on Third Street for a suspended registration and another vehicle and traffic violation. They arrested Taylor for DWI after she was given field sobriety tests. When she was processed, troopers say she had a BAC of .24 percent. Taylor was issued tickets including Aggravated DWI - BAC over .18 or more, Suspended Registration and Failure to Keep Right all returnable to the City of Jamestown Court. She was released to a third party.
