A Chautauqua County Grand Jury has handed up a five count indictment against two 20-year-old men accused in a Jamestown shooting on September 2nd. Jamestown Police say that 20-year-old Trenton Grant and 20-year-old Isaiah Pearson have been indicted on charges of Attempted Murder in the 2nd degree, Assault in the 1st degree and Criminal Possession of a weapon in the 2nd Degree for a shooting that occurred at the Appleyard Terrace Apartment complex. Both Grant and Pearson were also indicted for Burglary and Grand Larceny in connection with a burglary prior to the shooting where a handgun was taken from a Lakewood home. Both men had fled the area in the days following the shooting and were located by authorities in Tennessee.
