A long time attorney from Fredonia who has several years of experience in Family Court has announced that he will be running for the new Family Court Judge position in Chautauqua County. Attorney Michael Sullivan this morning announced his candidacy. He told WDOE News says he has 25 years of experience.

Sullivan, who is a former mayor of Fredonia, has been the Chautauqua County Liaison to the Appellate Court's Attorney for the Child program for nearly 20 years and has served for three years as the only private practice attorney on the Chautauqua County Steering Committee. A total of 25 new family court judge positions were created across the state including one in Chautauqua County.
