A Clymer man faces several charges, including one related to weapon possession, after a Thursday night traffic stop in the Town of French Creek. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they pulled over a vehicle on Bush Road driven by 31-year-old Zane Tucker shortly after 10:00 PM. An investigation determined that Tucker was allegedly intoxicated. Deputies add that upon searching the vehicle, they found a large-capacity magazine. Tucker was taken into custody and charged with unlicensed operation, unregistered vehicle, uninspected vehicle, no front plate, no license plate light, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, DWI, and 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was later released with appearance tickets for French Creek Town Court.
