A Stockton teen has been identified as the person who died in last weekend's one-vehicle crash in Cassadaga. According to an obituary published by the Jordan Funeral Home, 16-year-old Jake Dellahoy, Jr. succumbed to injuries he suffered in that crash, which occurred shortly after 12:30 AM Saturday on Maple Avenue. Dellahoy was in his sophomore year at Cassadaga Valley Central School. The crash also resulted in serious injuries to another 16-year-old male who was in the vehicle, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office. No further details about the crash have been released by the Sheriff's Office at this time.
