A Dunkirk-area man was charged after an investigation into a physical altercation on Wednesday. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a location in the Town of Dunkirk shortly after 5:45 PM and found that 61-year-old David Morales, Sr. allegedly made unwanted physical contact with another person. Deputies located Morales and charged him with 2nd-degree harassment. He is scheduled to appear in Dunkirk Town Court at a later date.
