A man in the Town of Ellicott will appear in court after an assault occurred on a school bus earlier this month. Ellicott Town Police say 68-year-old John Larsen was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on October 8th after he allegedly failed to exercise control over a juvenile who was not allowed to be on the bus. Officers say the minor entered the bus and allegedly assaulted another juvenile who was on the bus. Larsen was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court.
