A Ripley man is accused of intentionally damaging property and making unwanted physical contact with someone during an altercation Monday evening. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to a location in the Town of Ripley at about 6:45 PM. After an investigation, 27-year-old Cody Wood was taken into custody and charged with 4th-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree harassment. Wood was later transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
