A man from Russell, Pennsylvania was taken into custody following an investigation into a sex offense complaint in the Town of Ellicott. According to Ellicott Town Police, the complaint alleged that 33-year-old Damien Marvin forcibly touched a minor several times over a span of two years. Marvin was charged last Monday with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child and was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail. He is scheduled to answer the charges in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
