A Forestville man has a court date after he allegedly communicated inappropriately with a juvenile. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says its Criminal Investigation Division began a probe on September 18th. As a result, 54-year-old Theodore Brisley was charged on Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a child. The Sheriff's Office says Brisley will appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
