A man in the Town of Harmony is facing a criminal mischief charge following an altercation Wednesday night. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene shortly before 10:30 PM and found that 46-year-old William Bognar allegedly damaged someone's property during the incident. Bognar was arrested and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief.
