A Cattaraugus County man faces a menacing charge after he allegedly screamed "deadly threats" from his vehicle Tuesday evening. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call on Bunker Hill Road in the Town of Cold Spring at about 10:00 PM. After an investigation, 68-year-old Todd Samples -- the suspect stemming from prior circumstances -- was arrested and charged with 3rd-degree menacing. He was issued an appearance ticket for Cold Spring Town Court.
