
A Jamestown woman is facing charges after allegedly passing a stopped school bus while impaired. Ellicott Town Police responded to school zone operations following a Southwestern school bus on Fairmount Avenue during the morning of October 2nd. Officers say 58-year-old Debra Leeper was found to have passed the bus while its red lights were activated. She was arrested on charges of passing a school bus with red lights activated and driving while ability impaired. Leeper is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
