The Jamestown Board of Public Utilities has named a new Communications Coordinator to replace the woman who has held the post the past 20 years. The BPU has officially announced that Megan Eckwahl will take over for the retiring Becky Robbins. Eckwahl is leaving her role as Marketing and Communications Manager for the National Comedy Center and the Lucy-Desi Museum, where she has worked the past four years. Eckwahl was previously the Director of Marketing, Communications and Sales at the Northwest Arena. She also spent four years at the Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau, where she also coordinated marketing and communications. Arnone says the BPU's "mission and impact" drew her to the position, which she'll take over on October 19th.
