The arrival of the fall season means the leaves are starting to change across New York State. I Love NY has started providing updates with its weekly fall foliage report, which consists of reports from more than 100 volunteer field observers and reflect expected color conditions for the weekend in every region of the state. In Chautauqua County, 10% foliage change is being reported at Chautauqua Institution with some mixed fall colors emerging over the mostly green backdrop. Over in Cattaraugus County, there's 10% change reported in Little Valley and 5% change in Salamanca at Allegany State Park.
