A domestic dispute on Jamestown's south side early Wednesday led to the arrest of a man on a charge of 4th-degree grand larceny. Jamestown Police responded to the scene shortly before 2:30 AM and learned that 22-year-old Oshon Goodlow allegedly took a victim's cell phone from their person. Goodlow was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail to be held pending arraignment on the felony charge.
