Dunkirk Police Chief Discusses Safety, Challenges Surrounding E-Bikes

Enforcement of rules and regulations surrounding e-bikes and e-scooters in New York has been very challenging for law enforcement because many people don't understand those rules. That's according to Dunkirk Police Chief Doug Switzer, who spoke about the issue on WDOE's "Viewpoint" program this week.
