
Three Jamestown residents are facing charges stemming from a probe into drug activity on the city's north side. The Jamestown Police SWAT Team executed a search warrant at the lower apartment of 211 East 8th Street at about 10:15 PM Thursday and located 28-year-old Zulery Jimenez-Fuentes, 43-year-old Jessica Hernandez and 45-year-old Marcelino Hernandez inside. Detectives searched the apartment and located individually packaged crack cocaine floating in the bathroom toilet and more individually wrapped quantities of crack cocaine in the toilet trap. According to police, the three suspects tried to destroy evidence by flushing it. Jimenez-Fuentes and Marcelino Hernandez were each charged with 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. Meanwhile, Jessica Hernandez was allegedly found with a quantity of fentanyl and methamphetamine inside a body cavity. She was charged with three counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of tampering with physical evidence. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation.
