The Chautauqua County Department of Public Facilities is advising motorists about a road closure in the Town of Charlotte. Starting Tuesday, Hooker Road between Hall Road and County Route 77 will be closed to all traffic due to the replacement of a bridge. A detour will be posted. According to the DPF, the closure shall remain in effect until the replacement bridge is completed and detour signs are removed.
