A Conewango man has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, 3rd-degree menacing, and resisting arrest following an incident that occurred on Weeden Road in the Town of Randolph. According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, 67-year-old Robert Ackler was arrested on the charges Thursday afternoon. Further details about the incident were not provided. Ackler was released with appearance tickets for Randolph Town Court.
