A recent report of a suspicious female attempting to break into vehicles at a business in Falconer resulted in an arrest. Ellicott Town Police say 65-year-old Annette Johnson was charged with a felony count of 3rd-degree criminal mischief on August 15th. Officers say Johnson allegedly caused damage to a victim's vehicle during the incident. She was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
