Dunkirk Families Prepare for New School Year at Back to School Bash

Point Gratiot Park was filled with excitement and enthusiasm Tuesday afternoon, as hundreds of families in the Dunkirk City School District got themselves ready for the start of a new school year. WDOE News spoke with Superintendent Brian Swatland at the city's 6th annual Back to School Bash.
