A Jamestown man was taken into custody Sunday morning after he allegedly caused substantial damage to a parked tractor-trailer while trying to steal its radiator. Jamestown Police were called to a report of a criminal mischief in progress at a business on the city's east side at about 7:30 AM and found 30-year-old Zachary Graves fleeing the area on foot on the railroad tracks. Following an investigation, Graves was taken to the Jamestown City Jail and charged with 2nd-degree criminal mischief, 4th-degree attempted grand larceny, possession of burglar's tools, and 3rd-degree criminal trespass.
