A Jamestown man was arrested on numerous charges after he allegedly pinned down a female, struck her and bit her during a domestic incident Wednesday night. Jamestown Police responded to an address on the city's north side at about 10:30 PM and spoke with the victim, who told officers about the alleged actions of 29-year-old Oscar Allen, Jr. Police also determined that the incident occurred in the presence of five juveniles inside the residence. Allen was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail to be held pending arraignment. He faces five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, plus one count each of 3rd-degree assault, 2nd-degree unlawful imprisonment, and 2nd-degree harassment.
