A Cattaraugus man has been arraigned on a charge stemming from an investigation into a report of someone throwing a brick through a window in the village. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 27-year-old Juan Martinez, Jr. was taken into custody Sunday morning. He was later arraigned in Little Valley Town Court on a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in New Albion Town Court at a later date.
