Dunkirk Fire Captain, Retired Police Chief Honored for Live-Saving Actions

The City of Dunkirk has recognized two members of the community for actions they took to help save someone's life. Fire Captain Anthony Thomas and retired Police Chief Chris Witkowski received awards during Tuesday's Common Council meeting.
