A Jamestown man faces charges stemming from a recent domestic dispute in the Town of Ellicott. According to Ellicott Town Police, 26-year-old Jacob Rivera-Abbey was arrested on May 30th and charged with 2nd-degree burglary, 3rd-degree menacing, 3rd-degree attempted assault, and petit larceny. Officers say Rivera-Abbey entered the victim's residence illegally, threatened to kill the victim, and took items from the victim. He was later located and taken into custody, then transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
