
Jamestown Police arrested a pair of city residents on Wednesday after two children were found to be living in deplorable conditions. Officers were called to an address on the city's north side at about 11:30 AM for a well-being check. Following an investigation, 38-year-old Mariangel Velazquez-Rosario and 26-year-old Fernando Mojica-Reyes were taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. They were each charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
