An online event touted as "Western New York's biggest day of giving" gets underway at 7:16 PM Wednesday and runs all day Thursday. Give 716 is powered by the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres foundations and provides and opportunity for residents across the region to donate to causes they care about. It includes chances to win various prizes, such as Bills preseason tickets, Sabres tickets, autographed jerseys, and more. More than 600 nonprofits will be participating in Give 716, which is in its 6th year. The initiative has raised over $5.9 million since its inception in 2021.
