
Four adults in Jamestown were taken into custody Tuesday after four children were found to be living in deplorable and unsanitary conditions. Jamestown Police who were working a STRIVE domestic violence detail responded to a well-being check at an address on the city's east side at about 10:00 AM. After further investigation, officers arrested 21-year-old Natalie Frost, 22-year-old Sincere Fisher, 23-year-old Justin Heiser and 26-year-old Brianna Heiser. They were each charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Frost was additionally charged with three counts of 2nd-degree criminal contempt, while Fisher also faces one count of 2nd-degree criminal contempt. All four suspects were transported to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment.
