A father in Jamestown was arrested after two juveniles were found unattended at a business on the city's south side Saturday morning. Jamestown Police responded to the scene at about 7:15 AM and found that both minors were alone and rode an ATV to the store without wearing helmets. Officers say 55-year-old Phillip Hinkley, who was supposed to be in charge of the two juveniles, was taken to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Both juveniles were turned over to other family members.
