Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a Gowanda man who was wanted on an active fugitive from justice warrant out of Pennsylvania. Deputies say 36-year-old James Mallaber was taken into custody shortly before 1:45 AM Sunday and arraigned in Little Valley Town Court. He was then transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail, where he will be held pending extradition.
