An Irving man has been taken into custody after allegedly displaying a deadly weapon in the Town of Hanover. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to an address on Routes 5 and 20 just after 12:00 AM Friday and found that the alleged intentional action by 38-year-old Jamar Fountain placed a person in reasonable fear of serious physical injury. Fountain was located a short time later and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on charges of 2nd-degree aggravated harassment and 2nd-degree menacing.
