
A man in the Town of Sheridan is facing multiple charges stemming from an investigation into an alleged altercation that occurred in early May. On Thursday, Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies and members of the Chautauqua County District Attorney's Office conducted an ongoing probe into the May 6th incident in the town. As a result, 28-year-old Dakota Wilson was charged with 2nd-degree strangulation, 3rd-degree assault, 2nd-degree harassment and 4th-degree criminal mischief. Wilson is currently being held in the Chautauqua County Jail and will face those charges in Sheridan Town Court at a later date.
