A traffic stop on Jamestown's south side early Monday resulted in four arrests. Jamestown Police say they pulled over a vehicle driven by 55-year-old Lawrence Boughton of Falconer shortly after 2:30 AM. During the stop, officers were informed that two passengers, 49-year-old Ricky Bemis and 27-year-old Charles Dean -- both of Jamestown -- had bench warrants for failing to appear in court. Boughton was allegedly found to be driving while under the influence of drugs. And a third passenger, 27-year-old Megan Webb of Jamestown, was allegedly found in possession of suboxone and a large quantity of methamphetamine. Boughton was charged with DWAI-drugs and other traffic tickets, Bemis and Dean were arrested for their bench warrants, and Webb is charged with 4th- and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. All four suspects were held pending arraignment.
