The Jamestown Public Schools District honored a total of 24 retirees during a June ceremony at the Deke Kathman Administrative Offices. The retirees were recognized with descriptions of their service by their principal or supervisor and were awarded with a certificate, a mug, and a lapel pin in recognition of their contributions to the district. The retirees include Norman Arthurs, Marianne Condella, Catherine Crasti, Lorraine DeMambro, Anne Eklund, Susan Gullo, Peggy Harris, Cynthia Johnson, Kevin Kaszuba, Sandra Leon, William Langworthy, Bruce Long, Monte Lawson, Sandra Olson, Karen Odell, Everett Nelson, Denise Powers, Melissa Rutski, Martin Rich, Barbara Rhoades, Laurie Scolton, Christina Spontaneo, Martin Stockwell, and David Williams.
