The driver of a pickup truck that fatally struck an 11-year-old boy in Jamestown last month will not face any charges. That's according to the Jamestown Police Department in a press release issued Tuesday afternoon. The department, along with the Chautauqua County Accident Reconstruction Team, completed their investigation into the truck-bicycle collision that took place at the intersection of Willard Street and Kinney Street on June 17th. Daniel Galarza-Ramos died from his injuries the following day at Oishei Children's Hospital in Buffalo. The investigation revealed that the unidentified driver was not at fault.
