A Jamestown man has been taken into custody after an investigation into a sex offense complaint out of the Town of Carroll. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division, which took the complaint in early June, determined that 19-year-old Hunter Wilburn allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with another person without their consent. Wilburn was arrested Monday and charged with 3rd-degree rape. He will answer the charge in Carroll Town Court.
