Flood Watch in Effect for Chautauqua, Cattaraugus Counties Until 10:00 PM

The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a flood watch until 10:00 PM Monday for Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties. Forecasters say an area of slow-moving showers and thunderstorms will have the potential to produce torrential downpours within a very moist air mass.
